Recipe cards and PDFs in Engineering

View a recipe card with allergens and nutrition, and download or print it as a PDF.

On Engineering > Recipes, choose ⋯ > View card on any recipe. The card shows:

The photo (Menu Items), type, yield, category and date created.
Nutrition: calories, protein, carbs and fat for the recipe. If some ingredients have no nutrition yet, the card says the estimate is incomplete and lists them.
Allergens: the full list, or "Reviewed. No allergens in any ingredient.", or Not yet checked when some ingredients have never had their allergens reviewed. A dish marked Not yet checked is not confirmed allergen free.

Use on the card to fill in missing nutrition or allergens.

Click Download PDF or Print on the card, or choose ⋯ > Download PDF from the list.

Check before you publish

Nutrition and allergens are AI estimates worked out from your ingredients. Check them before using them on menus or labels.

For a whole brand's recipe book, use the chef app: Portfolio > [brand] > Download recipe book (PDF). See Recipe book and printing. Once recipes are promoted, Recipe Manager has its own cards and books. See Downloads and bulk upload.
