Staff access (view only)
Give kitchen staff read-only access to your recipes on their own phones, with a link or QR code.
Staff access lets your kitchen team look up recipes on their own phones without being able to change anything.

Open Settings
On the Hub, tap the gear icon at the top.
Find Staff access
The Staff access (view only) card shows a QR code and a link. Only owners and managers see this card.
Share it
Let staff scan the QR code, or tap Copy link and send it to them. When they open it, they are signed in as Staff.
What staff can do

Stop a link working
Tap Regenerate on the Staff access card. Every old link and QR code stops working at once. Share the new one with the people who should still have access.
If someone sees This staff link has expired, send them the current link.
Do not see the Staff access card?
It shows for owners and managers. If you have just signed up, sign out and sign in again.
