Chefs can do everything they need in the app. Engineering, menus, purchasing, stock and reports are on the desktop at kms.chefadmin.com. One login works on both.

No. Your personal folder and your own brands are private, including from the account owner. A recipe only reaches your company when you send it with Ready for approval and it is approved. See Cookbook and brands.

English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Tagalog, Bahasa Indonesia, Spanish and French, or Auto. The saved recipe is in English. See Capture a recipe.

A Menu Item is something you sell. A Sub Recipe is something you make and use in other recipes, such as a sauce or a dough. See Sub recipes.

They are worked out from your ingredients and are only as good as that list. Values filled in by Let me help are AI estimates. Always check before you serve, print a menu or label food.

Yes. On the desktop, Engineering imports .xlsx, .xls, .csv and .numbers files in almost any layout. The chef app also takes PDFs. See Import recipes.

Active dishes, and anything used in another recipe or a production plan, are protected. See Delete a recipe.

It needs a description, an image and a selling price. See Put a dish live.

It is how stock is costed as it is used. FIFO (oldest stock first) suits most kitchens. Set it in Company.

Sales come from Zoho Books invoices, and stock appears once you receive purchase orders. See Dashboard.
